Comcast Offers Free Broadband to Low-Income Households

To keep residents informed and students connected to their schools during the pandemic period, Comcast is offering free internet to low-income residents and an affordable plan for qualified households.

The company will launch the new plans Monday, March 16 and residents can sign up online.

to qualify for the service, customers must be eligible for public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, or SSI.
