Avocado kibe

Kibe is a dear dish for all people from the Middle East. Generally speaking, Kibe is made with minced meat. Other kibes include tomatoes, crushed lentils, potatoes, and pumpkin kibe. Today, I found a new Kibe recipe to try: Avocado kibe.

Ingredients include burghul wheat, avocado, lemon, onion, kibe spice, olive oil, walnuts, and salt and pepper.

Chop avocado and squeeze lemon over it to avoid being oxidized. Wash burghul. Mince onions and mix with burghul, spices, and avocado. Garnish with walnuts and olive oil. If you sauté the onions, it will create a richer taste.
