Burghel, garbanzo, avocado salad

If you like avocado, you would like this fresh recipe. It is nice, lemony, and loaded with nutrition. Ingredients include burghul wheat, cooked garbanzo beans, baby spinach, cilantro, parsley, cucumbers, avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Chop ingredients small; wash wheat and garbanzo beans; chop the avocado into wedges or small pieces. Mix ingredients and decorate with avocado and serve. It is delicious.
