Homemade pasta from flour to plate
I like pasta and my son is crazy about it. I told him that I used to make homemade pasta, and he insisted on making it this weekend.
I used an old recipe I memorized a long-time ago. One egg, one cup of semolina flour, salt and paper to taste. Turn the mix into a dough and roll it very thin. Dust it well with flour and cut it to your liking. Boil it for four minutes and it is ready to be served.
As for the sauce, I made my usual tomato sauce with sausage, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, basil and spices. It is a great dish to share and involve the entire family.
