Crisp salad with beets

I like beets. I like the dark red color of the roots and I like the green leaves when they are young and tender. And when I see them at the store or the farmers market, I don’t hesitate. I buy them and make a green salad with them. I chop the leaves and slightly boil the roots, adding tomatoes, other fruits and vegetables, especially apples and berries to give it more taste. I saw this recipe on television, and it looks delicious.  They used tangerine sauce with olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. They sprinkled crushed walnuts and served with fresh goat cheese. It is a dish that can be a main meal if you add fish, meat or chicken to it.

You can make it any way you like by adding any amount you deisre. Enjoy
