Housing market surged in 2017
Here is some good news about the housing market in 2017.
Existing-home sales sured for the third straight month in November and reached their strongest pace in almost 11 years, according to the National Association of Realtors®. All major regions except for the West saw a significant hike in sales activity last month. Click here to read the report.
The sales price of existing homes in the United States increased by about 6 percent comparing with last year.
In Michigan, existing home prices went up about 2.3 percent more than the national average, a total of 8.35 percent, according to Michigan realtors. Click here for more information.
Experts believe that 2018 could see a stronger demand for homes and the prices could increase even higher.
