Metro Detroit home prices go up

Even though the inventory of homes for sale on the market is still feeble, the sale prices in Wayne County have gone up by 8.2 percent, according to Realcomp.com
This means that the value of your home continues to go up, making it a perfect time to sell your home. The number of homes on the market fell by 37.2 percent from the same time last year.
Other counties in Southeast Michigan saw a modest increase of 3.4 percent in the number of homes sold, a rise from 5,373 to 5,556 from last year, according to Realcomp.com.
