Covid-19 Community resources

Various organizations and groups are providing food, lunches and breakfast to community members who need assistance. Also, some school districts are providing breakfast and lunches to students on different days. please check your district for scheduling:

1- The Dearborn School District is providing breakfast and lunch to students. Parents can pick the lunches at various locations Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 10 a.m. and noon, excluding spring-break week.

The distribution sites are Fordson, Dearborn and Edsel Ford high schools; McCollough/Unis; Salina Intermediate; Smith Middle School; and Woodworth Middle School. For more information on this distribution, click here …..

2- The Islamic House of Wisdom is distributing food, vegetables, pizza, water and milk among other things. Distribution takes place every day from 11 a.m. until the food is gone. Access also is offering ready meals for children and they can be picked up at three locations from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
