Gorgeous October day for grilling

Gorgeous day today.

I Started the afternoon with building a nice fire in the backyard. I later roasted lamb tenderloin, tomatoes, and onions.

I kept the lamb tenderloin in one piece to keep it juicy. I cut it into pieces after it rested for five minutes.

I finished the day with roasting a small pumpkin and turning it into pumpkin pudding. I topped the pudding with crushed nuts and shredded coconut. It was delicious.
