Light lunch, soup and half sandwich

When it comes to lunch on a busy cold day, I sometimes like a half of sandwich and a small cup of soup.

The soup warms up my body while the sandwich provides enough nutrients to make it until dinner.

Today, I opted for a corned beef sandwich with white cheese and sauerkraut, all pressed in the Panini.

For the soup, I took advantage of the season and made pumpkin soup.

The result made five servings and made everyone happy.
